Role: 2nd Line Support Team Lead
Location: Cheltenham
Salary: £25,000 - £35,000

We have an opportunity for an ambitious 2nd Line Support Engineer to join a fantastic IT Support and Managed Security Services provider based in central Cheltenham.

As the Technical Team Lead, you will be managing a team of two 2nd Line Support Engineers and providing technical mentoring to the 1st Line Technicians.

We are looking for experience supporting and administering;
- Windows Server 2012, 2016, 2019
- Office 365, Azure AD and Enterprise Mobility and Security
- Windows 10
- Switches, firewalls and routers
- VMware and Hyper V
- Active Directory, group policy, DHCP and DNS

Key Responsibilities
- Providing technical mentoring to the team
- Ticket handling
- Reviewing ticket queues
