The team recently got together for a day of bonding and interaction to help us get along even better than we already do! First we took to the beautiful Gloucestershire countryside for a morning of clay pigeon shooting where ‘supershot’ Emma finished convincingly in first place having never shot anything before.
Lunch was tasty authentic African cuisine provided by the lovely Wanja of C&W African Experience in Gloucester. Curries, cassava chips, tender meat and salad filled us completely.
We then divided into two teams and were literally ‘trapped’ in the escape rooms with nothing but a few clues to solve in order to get out within a hour. A great teambuilding exercise to test thinking and working together but also very enjoyable and testing! Chris’ team were the victors escaping with 2 minutes to go while Rob’s team needed 2 additional minutes to solve the last clue. All very exciting and fun!
Lastly it was tea and luscious cakes at Patisserie Valerie.
A great day out, much learnt and very well worth it.
