InfoSec People’s commitment

 

InfoSec People are striving to bring Equality, Diversity and Inclusion to the forefront. We have committed to the principles of EDI in both our workplace and throughout our recruitment processes.

We are determined in the pursuit and development of talent, regardless of the background of the individual. While significant progress has been made with regards to gender diversity in the cyber industry, we continue to work proactively across the diversity agenda, with a particular interest in neurodiversity.

We have created an in-house EDI Panel consisting of various members of the InfoSec team, to ensure this agenda is at the forefront of everything we do and that we have tangible, accountable actions both in-house and with our clients.
We have joined the Tech Talent Charter and we are currently in the process of partnering with Deeds and Words to ensure our messaging and internal training around EDI is as forward-thinking as possible.

We are also active members of ‘Women in Recruitment’, with a 50% female team and 50% female management team.

As part of our commitment to diversity, it is our intent to ensure that all shortlists submitted reflect diversity wherever possible.
