About INCO Academy
INCO Academy, part of INCO.ORG, is an international NGO and training organisation committed to fostering an inclusive and sustainable economy. Since their founding, INCO Academy have helped thousands around the world unlock technical skills and reach their full potential through tech. It is more important than ever to up-skill and re-skill people for the jobs of the future, to ensure equitable opportunities can be accessed by all.

INCO Academy UK
At INCO Academy UK, they are committed to bridging the digital skills gap and creating opportunities for underrepresented communities to obtain roles within the tech industry.
On average, INCO Academy UK trains 400 people per year on fundamental digital skills including Business Intelligence/Data analytics and Cybersecurity as well as professional skills, so they can gain future-oriented jobs and navigate the workplace with confidence.
Since launching in 2020, they have awarded over £1M in scholarships to ensure learners from communities across the UK can take their next career steps towards tech for free.

Mentoring and inspiration
Mentor INCO Academy learners: Sign up here to mentor learners for 45 minutes in CV writing or to let them know if you’d like to be part of tech talks or to share your tech journey/experiences (a day in the life of or tips to get a job in tech, etc.)
