WiTCH: Empowering Women in Tech and Cybersecurity

Are you ready to join the movement dedicated to revolutionising the technology and cybersecurity industry? Look no further than Women in Tech and Cyber Hub (WiTCH). WiTCH is a not-for-profit, community interest company founded in October 2022, with a mission to champion the empowerment and advancement of women in the field. By providing unwavering support, resources, and a mentorship program, WiTCH aims to catalyse transformative change and foster diversity, creating a more inclusive and innovative future for all.

WiTCH’s vision is to create a world where women take centre stage in driving transformative change and shaping the future of technology and cybersecurity. They strive for a society where equity is deeply ingrained in every aspect of the industry, empowering women and their allies to unleash their full potential and excel in their careers to create collective impact.

Mentorship Program: Guiding Women to Success

One of the cornerstones of WiTCH’s initiatives is their mentorship program, which provides invaluable guidance and support to women in tech and cybersecurity. The program is designed to help aspiring professionals navigate their careers, overcome challenges, and unlock their full potential. WiTCH recognises that mentorship is a powerful tool in building confidence, acquiring new skills, and expanding networks.

Currently, WiTCH is running an open mentorship program until the end of the year, where women can access one-to-one mentoring. Starting in January, WiTCH will kick off its official cohorts, offering structured mentorship opportunities to support women at different stages of their careers.

WiTCH hosts a variety of events throughout the year, covering diverse topics that empower women and promote inclusivity in the tech and cybersecurity industry. Some of their previous events include International Women’s Day celebrations focused on equity, a neurodiversity panel, and a sold-out event on personal branding.
